About Us
We're reimagining how enterprise security teams operate in an AI-first world, transforming weeks of manual work into intelligent, automated workflows. Backed by tier-1 VCs, with second-time founders who've successfully built and sold cybersecurity companies, we're on a mission to empower security professionals to focus on strategic, high-impact work while AI handles the rest. If you're passionate about building the future of enterprise security, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
Are you energized by ambiguity? Do you dream of building a category-defining brand from scratch? We're looking for a marketing maverick who thrives on the startup roller coaster and wants to shape the future of enterprise security.
As our founding marketing hire, you'll have complete ownership of Lumida's go-to-market strategy and execution. This isn't about following a playbook - it's about writing one. You'll work directly with our CEO (who brings deep marketing expertise) to build everything from scratch: our brand identity, messaging framework, launch strategy, and demand generation engine.
Responsibilities
- Branding & Messaging: Develop Lumida's brand identity, voice, and positioning that resonates with enterprise security leaders
- Stealth-to-Launch: Orchestrate our public debut, managing everything from website launch to press strategy and social
- Analyst Relations: Build relationships with Gartner, Forrester, and other key analysts in the security space
- Demand Generation: Design and execute programs that generate qualified pipeline for enterprise sales
- Content & Social Strategy: Create compelling narratives that showcase our technical differentiation and customer value
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise software
- Track record of building marketing functions in early-stage startups (Series seed and A preferred)
- Someone who gets genuinely excited about turning complex technical capabilities into compelling business value stories
- Experience marketing to enterprise security buyers (CISOs, security architects, TVM teams)
- Strong analytical mindset - you love data as much as you love creativity
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
